About.

We are 3 founder friends frustrated with unrealistic, over-hyped business podcasts. So we decided to do something about it.

Behind closed doors, founders aren’t talking about the highlight reels. We’re talking about the stress of an underperforming team, a sleazy client, a surprise pivot or a strained marriage. Listen in as we discuss the real issues and share 3 perspectives on how to navigate entrepreneurship.

Dumpster Fire Expert-in-Chief

Lee Zuvanich

Lee is a startup founder with over a decade of experience wrangling teams, navigating enterprise chaos, and turning flaming disasters into teachable moments. Known for his sharp wit and no-BS attitude, he’s on a mission to roast toxic hustle culture while supporting fledgling founders. When he’s not podcasting, he’s working on his house, camping, or spending time with his kids.

Professional Plan B Enthusiast

Zach Oshinbanjo

Zach is what happens when you combine military precision with startup chaos and sprinkle in just enough government experience to make anyone question their life choices.

As the founder of Vetelligence, he's attempting the totally reasonable task of restructuring military talent management while moonlighting as a Contract Specialist at Children's Mercy Hospital, or maybe it’s the other way around?

Aesthetically-Distracted Tech Wizard

Sarah Schumacher

After beginning in design and branding, enough in-depth discussions about startups and websites and positioning revealed that Sarah had a deeper obsession with business strategy, startup consulting, and process design (it's not AI, it's just automation).

Her knack for troubleshooting led to a pivot from the printing press to WordPress, and for the last decade she's been guiding founders through website design, development, and hosting (IYKYK) – by choice! By day she connects domain names to things and maniacally clears all the caches, by night she writes essays, a newsletter, splatters paint on the floor of her art studio, and now produces podcasts, apparently.
