Zach Oshinbanjo
Zach is what happens when you combine military precision with startup chaos and sprinkle in just enough government experience to make anyone question their life choices. After graduating high school and receiving a full ride to any school in Missouri, he decided college was too predictable and joined the Army—because why not start your career with a flashbang?
As an Infantry Team Leader in Afghanistan, he mastered the art of making high-stakes decisions while sleep-deprived, a skill that would prove suspiciously relevant to his future as a founder. After volleying Corporate America with 500+ job applications (a strategy he now admits was somewhere between desperate and deranged), he embarked on a career path that looks like someone throwing darts at a job board blindfolded: car assembly line sage, VA speechwriter (yes, really), mail carrier extraordinaire, and mental health facility peacekeeper.
Now, as the founder of Vetelligence, he's attempting the totally reasonable task of restructuring military talent management—because apparently, he didn't get enough bureaucracy in his government jobs. When he's not explaining to “civilians” why defense tech isn't just "Salesforce in camo," he's moonlighting as a Contract Specialist at Children's Mercy Hospital, or maybe it’s the other way around?

Sarah Schumacher
After beginning in design and branding, enough in-depth discussions about startups and websites and positioning revealed that Sarah had a deeper obsession with business strategy, startup consulting, and process design (it's not AI, it's just automation).
Her knack for troubleshooting led to a pivot from the printing press to WordPress, and for the last decade she's been guiding founders through website design, development, and hosting (IYKYK) – by choice! By day she connects domain names to things and maniacally clears all the caches, by night she writes essays, a newsletter, splatters paint on the floor of her art studio, and now produces podcasts, apparently.
